Nicolas Pappas and Léon Dubois, two particularly calamitous killers, arrive in Paris, where a gangster boss in need of "staff", Jo Laguerre, hires them to cover the escape of the perpetrators of a hold-up. They get away with it as best they can and then find themselves in charge of liquidating a certain "Magnum"...

Word comes to the Bowery that titled, great, great grand-uncle of Horace Debussy Jones, better known as Sach, is near death and has provided transportation to summon relatives from around the world. Sach and the Bowery Boys, Slip Mahoney, Butch Williams, Chuck Anderson and Soda Shoppe owner Louie Dumbrowsky, trade Sach's pre-paid first class ticket for lesser (much lesser) accommodations and embark for ye olde London towne. There, they find the old man, the Earl of Walsingham already surrounded by sinister Sir Edgar Whipsnade; Reggie, the obligatory Fop; the spinster Aunt Agatha; the young and seductive Lady Marcia; moronic Cousin Herbert, and Hoskins, the Butler. They, of course,are assembled in a plot to slowly poison the old Earl and to get rid of Sach and his pals.

Two stoner guys have their simples lives disrupted when they witness a crime. Comedy, action and illegal drug use ensue.

In this western, the Three Mesquiteers must find a killer and his band after they murder an official from the State Agricultural Service who had come to investigate an outbreak of hoof and mouth disease. The killer is fearful that the official would quarantine his entire herd. Unfortunately for the foolish rancher, if the herd is not isolated, all of his cows and those of his neighbors will die anyway. The heroes are assisted by Buck the clever Great Dane.
